Position Summary
Are you a marketing student who is obsessed with food? Bring your full self to Baldor to support us in creating brand favorability among chefs and retailers, and filling our existing customers’ baskets with even more of the delicious food we sell. In this role, you will report to our Manager of Marketing Operations and Program Management and provide administrative help to support the entire Baldor Marketing team. You will work with and learn from team members across disciplines—brand, content, creative, social media, events, partnerships, website, email, paid media, and analytics. You will sit in and get to participate in regular meetings to understand how the marketing team and the business runs and will be encouraged to share your own ideas and input. Of course, there will be plenty of opportunities for tastings as well!
Responsibilities
- Assist in crafting engaging promotional materials and dynamic presentations.
- Create compelling content for emails, social media posts, and website copy to effectively communicate brand messaging.
- Capture captivating photographs of events or products for use across social media platforms.
- Coordinate and manage approval workflows with vendor partners and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Synthesize and consolidate feedback from various stakeholders to refine strategies and enhance project outcomes.
- Aid in invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.
- Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, competitors, event venues, and other pertinent topics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide comprehensive support for both virtual and in-person events, facilitating seamless execution and enhancing attendee experiences.
- Act as a primary point of contact for inbound inquiries from vendors, brokers, partners, customers, and clients, delivering exceptional service and timely responses.
