STUDENT COMMUNITY DESCRIPTION
Welcome to the Neurodiversity Student Community!
As professors Robert D. Austin and Gary P. Pisano, have eloquently expressed in a Harvard Business Review article, we are all “differently abled,” wired in diverse ways that allows us to think differently, to solve problems in a variety of ways, and to exhibit different strengths and talents. Such differences could bring vast advantages to organizations, including “new perspectives to a company’s efforts to create… value” as well as an abundance of innovation and productivity. The resources in this Community Guide will provide a wealth of information, job boards, and employer hiring programs.
