Customer Service Standards Training for Students

In today’s world, customer service is more important than ever. What better way to sharpen your skills and “show what you know” than a Customer Service certification badge!

In this 3-part workshop series, you will learn to:

  • Define customer service and recognize its importance
  • Identify expectations of customers, identify who customers are in a professional setting, and identify key elements of customer service
  • Identify and commit to Pace’s Service Values and Standards: Accessible, Respectful, Professional, Accountable, Proactive

Upon completion, you will earn a Customer Services certification digital badge!

Not only will this help you improve your interaction with your supervisors, colleagues, and the public, but will look great on your LinkedIn and your resume.

NOTE: You must complete all 3 sessions to qualify for the digital badge.
