Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support verification of manufacturing data and standards for assigned SKUs.
- Review and validate BOMs, routings, work centers, production quantities, and MO specifications.
- Observe production processes and compare actual manufacturing practices against ERP standards.
- Assist with time studies and collection of labor, machine, setup, changeover, run rate, PPH/UPH, yield, and scrap data.
- Identify and document discrepancies between current ERP standards and actual production processes.
- Maintain accurate records of findings, recommended changes, and verification status.
- Collaborate with Production, R&D, Planning, Finance, QA, and ERP/IT teams to validate information and recommended updates.
- Support the development and maintenance of the SKU Manufacturing Verification Matrix.
- Assist with documenting updated manufacturing standards and opportunities for improved standard work.
- Prepare data, findings, and supporting materials for final project presentations to plant and leadership teams.
Qualifications / Minimum Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment and observing processes on the production floor.
- Ability to learn and navigate ERP systems and manufacturing processes.
- Self-motivated, curious, and willing to ask questions and take initiative.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
