Crystal Window & Door Systems, Ltd. is an award winning manufacturer of a full production line of quality, energy efficient vinyl and aluminum windows for residential and commercial use. We are currently looking for Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-paced and innovative team.
The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Welcome customers and assist them in finding the right products and services for their project.
- Capture call-in and walk-in leads and appointments by documenting and maintaining accurate information in the company database.
- Provide administrative support to Outside Sales Representatives and Management. This includes submittal of physical samples and test reports.
- Develop an understanding in reading and interpreting architectural blueprints.
- Follow a sales process to deliver project quotation or cost detail; completing sales transactions which may include handling deposits (checks, credit cards)
- Collect all necessary information from qualified customers for credit application.
- Explain and answer any questions about the products.
- Keep track of potential quotes and monitor the status of negotiations, shop drawing, submittal, contract, and mockup sample installation.
- Key-in order placement and verify product availability.
- Developing a strong working knowledge of all integrated systems/process understanding and practices self-development via online courses. Schedule production fabrications and coordinate with delivery.
- Stay current with new products or products updates, including product performance, features and installation options.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one (1) year of sales or customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual preferred.
Salary:
- Gross hourly rate: $19.50 per hour + Commission
