ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Compustall Technician supports client office moves and workspace setups by handling basic computer equipment installations and transitions. This role focuses on following established procedures to disconnect, move, and reconnect desktop technology in a variety of environments.
This is a hands-on, task-driven role well suited for individuals who can follow directions, work efficiently, and adapt to different client sites and team needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Disconnect existing desktop computer equipment during office moves
- Reconnect desktop computer equipment at new workstations
- Install new desktop computers, monitors, and related hardware
- Mount monitors onto arms or workstation fixtures
- Organize and manage cables to ensure clean, functional setups
- Follow client-specific instructions, layouts, and space requirements
- Work as part of a team to complete project-based assignments on-site
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete assigned tasks
- Basic comfort handling computer equipment and tools
- Strong attention to detail when setting up workstations
- Dependable and punctual with a consistent work ethic
- Ability to lift and move equipment as needed
- Willingness to work on-site at different locations
