We are looking for an administrative assistant for 20-30 hours per week. Monday and Tuesday (full days) and one other weekly day. Ideally someone with prior administrative or executive support experience that is local to Irvington, NY (within 20 minutes drive). It is mostly a customer service position with light office administration, maintaining a calendar, making appointments, receptionist, and executive assistant. No bookkeeping, or accounting work.
