Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative, digitally savvy Social Media Intern to join our team for Summer 2026. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands emerging trends, and wants hands-on experience managing and growing brand presence across platforms.
What You’ll Do
Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Support the execution of social media campaigns for NEXWRK and client accounts
Research trends, hashtags, and competitors to inform content strategy
Help draft captions, select visuals, and maintain brand voice consistency
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track performance metrics
Assist with content shoots, including behind-the-scenes support and light editing
Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions
What We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
Strong understanding of major social platforms and current trends
Excellent writing and communication skills
Basic experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar)
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
A proactive, creative mindset with attention to detail
Interest in branding, digital marketing, and agency work
