Product Development/QC/Regulatory Internship Summer 2026
Please note this is a hybrid and paid internship of $20 an hour for 3-4 days a week. Looking for currently enrolled or those recently graduated. Throughout the 10-week program, you’ll be working with us in a hybrid setting at our office in Soho.

About the MILK MAKEUP INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:
Over the course of your 10-week summer program, you’ll have the opportunity to participate and learn how to develop a 360-launch plan strategy campaign for upcoming product releases from the Generation Z + Millennial viewpoint. Our inspiration is our culture; we want to help you build your own network and relationships with some of the world’s coolest, most innovative people.

What YOU’LL do:
PD:
- Review sample submissions with the PD team and become educated on different formulations
- Learn how to label & ship samples
- Stay digitally connected for upcoming trends to recommend to the team – create a weekly presentation of new competitive launches
- Assist in purchasing formula and shade benchmarks
- Assist in filling out retailer new product forms as requested
- Assist in reaching out to vendors for information regarding customer service questions
- Organize PD standards
- Keep PD and regulatory closets organized and stocked with product
- Assist in opening and coordinating all packages received as well as shipping out packages as requested for PD, Packaging, and Regulatory teams
- Attend vendor meetings virtually with the product team
REGULATORY:
- Registration document prep
- IL reviews
- Product safety testing
QC:
- Assist in evaluating QC samples for finished goods and components
- Assist QC in drafting transit test reports
- Maintain product/component retains/standards
We’d like YOU to have:
- Product Development or Science related major
- Excellent ability to analyze, prioritize, and time manage
- Lover of all things beauty
- Some knowledge of cosmetic ingredients
- Strong research, time management, communication (both written and verbal) and adaptability skills
