CELINE IS SEEKING A CLIENTELING INTERN FOR SRING 2025!

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
Reporting to the CRM & Clienteling Director, the Clienteling Intern will play a key role in the implementation of CELINE Clienteling strategy at the Regional level. They will work closely with the retail team. The Clienteling Coordinator will support the CRM & Clienteling Director in the local implementation of all regional initiatives and in the improvement the general clienteling performance of CELINE.
Your impact
With a strong focus in client events & experiences, the Clienteling Intern’s main responsibilities are:
Client Animations
- Develop the in-store calendar in collaboration with the Clienteling Director and create new in-store/out-store concepts, aligned with the Maison guidelines and the regional strategy
- Support the Clienteling Director in the execution of the animation’s strategy, implement all events in partnership with the regional and central teams (360 approach, ie Stores, Merchandising team, VM team ….) ensuring that the Maison standards are respected. Oversee all logistical tasks such as communicating with vendors, coordinating with warehouse on inventory movements, creating logistical schedule, managing on-site contacts ….
- Define targets for each action, track all event performance and make recommendations. Build reporting to understand performance vs. our objectives at the regional, store and client advisor level,
- Track inventory, materials & samples creating post-event recaps, archive all event photos and communication tools/collateral
- Manage the in-store events budget process including all accounting, finance and internal requirements related to setting up all new vendors, processing, tracking and recording all invoices and budgets
- Ensure a continuous benchmark of our main competitors in the market on relevant client experience topics
Client Experience / Gifting & Cares
- Develop and implement custom & unique experiences that elevate the regional top client database
- Help and support the retail team to offer personalized experiences for each one of our customers.
- Help & support client identification for high-end international or regional events
- Organize client treatment during High-end event (hotel selection, personalized itinerary…)
- You play an active role in the budget allocation for top client experiences and manage the High-end treatment budget
- Manage the stock of the gifts, according to the occasions and the in-store/out store animations…
- Measure and monitor the impact of all initiatives at the local market / client level
- Monitor market trends and competitive activities on various client experience topics

Education:
- MUST BE AN ACTIVE STUDENT IN THE NYC AREA

- Keen on Clienteling / CRM experience in a luxury and/or fashion environment
- Focused on customer satisfaction by continuously improving services, processes, collaborative capabilities
- Strong business and entrepreneur sense
- Team player / interested in the success of the organization as much as his / her own
- Passion for field / stores
- Responsibility for timeline deliverables
- Analytical skills with an ability to translate results into actionable insights
- A confident communicator capable of inspiring collaboration and excitement around the topic in the stores
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Salesforce tools (Sales Cloud et Marketing Cloud)
