The AMP Challengers program is a one-year highly selective rotational program designed to start and grow your career as a versatile adMarketplace leader. This program provides junior professionals with hands-on experience across the two market-facing sides of our business: Advertisers and Publishers. You will get to work on accounts with the world’s biggest global advertisers and publishers as you learn skills in account management, data analytics, internal and external communication and more.

What You’ll Do
- Build a practical knowledge of the mechanics of the adMarketplace business.
- Have exposure to Fortune 500 Advertisers and Tier 1 Publishers, as well as industry insights from across the world
- Preparing daily/weekly reporting analysis and agendas for client meetings.
- Help prepare insight driven search recommendations and plan presentations based on client strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align campaign structures and strategies against goals
- Assist with campaign execution towards delivering results against client KPIs; ensure campaigns meet best practices for success.
- You will learn to navigate sales tools and technologies, conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and work closely with sales and marketing teams.
- Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, ensuring accurate campaign details and excellent client relationships
- Consistently look for ways to improve current processes or introduce new approaches that will contribute to company success.
- Shadow relevant campaign meetings to get exposure to top executives and real AMP clients
- Stay informed on evolving search landscape channels, tools and trends
- Have ongoing career coaching conversations with HR to identify your ideal career path for the ultimate placement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 0-2 years of related work experience and/or applicable coursework, extra-curricular, etc.
- Demonstrated leadership both in and outside of the classroom, ideally holding a leadership position within an extracurricular organization
- Excellent relationship building, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with knowledge of and ability to influence stakeholders
- Strategic thinker who is comfortable using data & insights to identify and solve problems
- Adaptable and able to work within a team, handle multiple assignments, and meet tight deadlines
- Excited about bridging business needs with technical prowess and analytical skills to deliver against client KPIs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, high growth environment
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excel / G-suite skills
